EasterSTL @The Factory Pro-Tips // M-Note 4.18.25

Easter weekend is here! Once again this year, we will have TWO worship services - 9 and 10:45am - this Sunday, at The Factory.

If your Easter plans are still undecided, or if you need help convincing family or friends to join you, here are 10 reasons why you won’t want to miss EasterSTL at The Factory:

  1. Incredible live music! The Red and Black Brass Band will greet you between services as only they can. The Easter Choir is back! And, worship will be led by a superband of familiar faces from all our sites, including Ryan Hebel, Aly Chisum, Sarah Turner, Brando Hall, Claire Krober, and more!
  2. Kids ministry! We will have an awesome experience for kids ages birth through 5 years old at the Reverie right next to The Factory. Pro tip: arrive at least 15 minutes early to take a family pic, check in the kids, and head over to worship. Kids Director, Elizabeth Hogan, shows you just how close it actually is in this video
  3. Parking is EASY! There is plenty of parking right in front of The Factory. If you’re dropping off kids, there will be signs to show you the best place to park to make it even easier.
  4. Worship online! The Live Online Worship Experience begins at 10am CST. Pastor Morgan Goymer and Dave Merrill will be hosting and sharing videos, including a special version of my Easter sermon. Tune in on any platform - YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. I hope you’re able to join us in person, but if not, this is a great option and another way to invite people!
  5. A chance to make a difference! 100% of our offering will go towards impacting public schools in St. Louis through The Literacy Partnership.
  6. Plenty of room! With two services, we’ll have more than enough seats for you and all of your family and friends. Invite them now! It could be the single biggest difference you make in someone’s life.
  7. After party! Explore The District after worship! From The Hi-Pointe Diner to the (new) candy store, there are plenty of things to do (and eat) without even having to move your car.
  8. We’re ready for you! With over 100 volunteers serving, we are ready to welcome you. And there’s still room to volunteer - it is a meaningful way to spend your Easter, and we would love to have you. Sign up here.
  9. You’ll hear the Good News! We’ve designed a worship service that will leave you inspired, hope-filled and re-energized. We’ll be celebrating the resurrection of Jesus and remembering that HOPE is still worth it. Who doesn’t need that?

Easter is the culmination of our story of faith, and it is a time for great celebration for our church. All the details for the day are right here. I hope that you will take a moment right now, share the invitation on social media, and make sure to invite a friend this weekend to join you.

I cannot wait to see you there!

Peace,
Matt

P.S. Tonight, we will celebrate Good Friday at 7pm at our McCausland site to commemorate Jesus’ death on the cross. It is a powerful and moving service of readings and music, and the best way to prepare yourself for the joy of Easter. If you have never tried it, please come. You will be glad you did.
